    Hello, I need the authenticator removed off my account. Long story short, windows updated and essentially made my PC unusable since I could not boot into windows at all. As a result, I had to reinstall windows. All the files stayed but browser apps/cache was deleted for whatever reason; meaning I cannot provide a code for my authenticator. I can prove it's me on skype or however else.
