natural disaster cut out internet over alot of Australia
no XP gained on the account for 1 day
Mod applies TWC rank without a dispute or any real reason to do so.

A massive internet cut is not one members responsibility and instantly giving him Trade with caution is very harsh
hes been running a legit service for months with 0 issues and is a valued member of the community
a little bit of common curtsy for something that is out of his control would be nice in my opinion (i could be wrong) but surely mods have to follow forum procedures the same as other members?


I am sure he apologized for the delay and is very sorry about it.
But IMO the ban/status shouldn't be applied just because its a mod who ordered the service rather than a normal member
he should have to open a dispute and have it reviewed like all other members?

Im not a mod though just looking for any info/feedback on the situation

There was a private report on WYD as customers were worried about their service, the DNT is just a precaution for now until we get a response from WYD/Service update (following the forum procedure) as customers do have the right to be a little nervous if the service provider hasn't responded/completed the service is time.

Which mod ordered a service from him?
