    He's trying to do deals on Sythe, but refuses to go first, and refuses to use OMM. He only wants to use PA, which I've never even heard of. Not sure what it is, or how trusted it is.

    It just threw a red flag for me.

    Yep. Sorry, I just don't know what PA is. But he finally did agree to use an OMM.
