Problem accessing my old account

Hello! I made account while back in 2008, I remember my username, password and email. BUT, i cant acces my email anymore because i havent used it for long time and i just can't remember my password.
Haven't logged in for more than year or two. Now it says to check your email

How should I proceed and tell everything I know?

 

I assume your old account was jagermeister, what was the registered email associated with the account and what else could you provide to prove that you're the owner of that account?
