Not receiving the agreed service [OSRS]

Agreed a service with somebody via discord, we agreed 75-88 thieving via blackjacking. I was told by the service provider that this would be done quickly and using the method I'd asked.

Once they logged in, the told me "cant do blackjacking can I do ardy knights", I eventually agreed and re-iterated how quick it'd be which they told me "8hours+ per day".

I ordered this on 08-Aug, its now 10 days into the service and they havent obtained the level I ordered, I 'm currently level 86.

Is this appropriate? they've gained 2m exp which, in hours per day, probably amounts to 2-3 hours per day of thieving vs the 8hours promised, all whilst doing a different method than agreed.

What actions can I take from here? i feel like I havent received what I paid for at all, all of this can be evidenced on discord chat.

Not necessarily a scam but its definitely poor trading practices which can lead to a TWC.

What were the terms of service?

 

The thread is not necessarily for scams. It can be for bad trading practices or if someone doesn't live up to the promises they give.
