Not receiving reset email.

When ever I try to reset my old password for my old account I give them my email adress, but I am not getting the email.

Is this happening for anyone else I really need my account back.

 

Yes happened to me as well. I tried making a dispute which got completely ignored. Admins don't do shit, the only person that really tries is sin666, but she doesn't have admincp access and she is busy with school.

 

Yes we've had a few complaints about this. Thank you for reminding me, I'll take it to the admins.

 

I've seen multiple complaints about this as well, I'll try contacting Sythe to see if he can try to fix it, but I'm sure someone has already notified him.
