    Not Receiving Password Reset Email

    Title basically explains it all. Have made multiple attempts this past week to get my password reset so I can activate two-factor but the Email simply isn't going through.

    I know there's going to be that one guy who tells me to check my junk/spam folder so I'll say it now - I've checked it countless times and yes I'm 100% sure I'm checking the right Email address because it's listed in my account info on Sythe. Not sure if this is a known problem or whether the Emails just take a few days to process, but regardless I'm unable to reset my password.

    The last Email I received from Sythe was in May, by the way.

    I had this issue for a while a few months ago. I think @Sythe implemented a second email system and then I started receiving a password reset email. The issue that occurred with the previous email system could be effecting this again? Sythe secondary email server

    That makes sense. Still yet to receive the email, not sure what to do at this point.
