Outraged!

First of all to start; Since joining sythe I have accumulated just 1 infraction for accidentally bumping twice. The person who reported me has scam reports all over the place and it is just blatently obvious to anyone that if you check his profile out he is scamming.. Just that he picks newcomers who can't proof it.

Now..

BEFORE the trade i told him. 'I am not the original owner'.
'And also if it gets recovered I am not responsible, Is that okay?'

He Agreed.

On the report he claim's I told him "I Was the original owner" - There is no proof whatsoever of this.. Reason being because i NEVER said that.

How do i know the account was even recovered?
How do i know if he is faking the changed password?
How do i know he didnt download a programme that has a keylogger and therefore got HIMSELF hacked?

I provided all details and the next day he is telling me it's been hacked/recovered and i should provide a refund? That is NOT my problem. There is even a warning in the account section saying that all accounts can be recovered etc etc.

He asked me to give him a refund. Without saying what the problem was to start with. For all i know he has the account and just wants a refund.. This ban is in no way fair or accurate at all!

I am outraged by this and as a fellow moderator i see no reasoning to issue a ban.

It is even more patronizing when i am banned by a child who has 3+ Scam reports out on him. And on the day of selling the account, someone accused him of scamming them on MY thread.

I hope you read all this... it's just ridiculous.. Wasting my selling/buying time for some kid who has raged and actually managed to get away with this.

I ALSO WANT A WRITTEN APOLOGY FROM N4N0. He should be stripped of mod.. There should always be 2 judgements before anyone is banned. I moved from Rs auctions thinking this would be a good website.

SYTHE FORUMS ARE TRYING TO TELL ME THAT WHOEVER SELLS AN ACCOUNT.. IF THE PERSON GETS KEYLOGGED OR HACKED AND IT IS THEIR OWN FAULT.. WE SHOULD STILL PROVIDE A REFUND AND LET THEM KEEP THE ACCOUNT THEY POSSIBLY STILL HAVE? RIDICULOUS.

A kid with several scam reports gets to keep my account and at the same time ban me? Pathetic.. I can't put into words how angry i am.

As the account seller you need to ensure your buyers are safeguarded. If you want to be considered for an unban, you'll need to refund the person who was scammed.
N4n0 was completely within his rights to post what he did.
