Not eligible for donation via PayPal?

I'd like to start using Sythe as if I were a child again but since I'm pretty much and adult now I'm trying to finally get a donator perk lmao. What makes me eligible for PayPal donation?

 

You'll have to donate via one of the other payment methods first. Once you're a donator (of like $5) you can pay directly via PayPal or via an official bond holder via PayPal.
