Why you think they're violating Sythe rules:

• If an account is owned by a joint enterprise or company then all owners/directors of the company/enterprise must either have never owned a Sythe account, or have a Sythe account in good standing.

@Red Fox closed his previous servers since he saw that it was almost impossible to get his DNT removed due to his previous actions. Instead, he joined forces with Spartacus and assumed the role of "Manager" in Spartacus AIO. Interestingly, despite his managerial title, Red Fox took on all responsibilities typically associated with an owner, including designing layouts and managing payment methods.

Subsequently, Red Fox and Spartacus acquired the DG Boosting server, which is "Jagex compliant" and lacks any presence on sythe.org. So why not take the partner role this time, right?



To avoid potential reports, Red Fox made the decision to remove his "Manager" role but retained their role within the system. This arrangement allowed him to continue working behind the scenes while minimizing the risk of any reports.

Let's cover the points:

My server got nuked and the links were referred to Virt's discord after, not blaming Virt but that was what happen after the nuke.

I joined Spartacus after I helped him, when he got scammed and got the role as Manager as a gesture and expertise within the field of services. I was careful with the roles and approached president for confirmation in terms of this. Spartacus's initial thing was to get me as co-owner, however I strictly told him no as this couldn't be done due to Sythe rules.

And yes, I have done significant public work in terms of the discord, due to my experience with managing discords in the past.

Correct, I have an admin position in D&G Boosting, however it is not advertised on any platforms affiliated with Sythe as far as I am aware nor in Spartacus AIO, so no rules has been broken. I attempt to be very wary, because I'd like to come back to the community.

We do not have an agreement of working together, but here's some screenshots of being wary to not include me as an owner nor admin.

Thank you for confirming my suspicion. I don't see Spartacus setting up anything; he only created the group, and you took control from there onwards.

Can we see what was written prior? It seems like you're already the co-owner, but due to the fact that you have a DNT, you cannot have the role itself in Discord.

Also, if you have nothing to hide, why did you delete all your posts from Spartacus AIO? Deleting all your posts doesn't seem like the kind of action someone would take if they were not at fault.

 

I am not the co-owner. Spartacus is simply claiming that once I am un-dnted I can claim that title. In addition I can also do stuff related to more owner things (more back-end work) when reaching such a title. If you have an employee that works a lot that does not mean that he is now a co-owner. He is hard working and if willing by the CEO or managers, they will get promoted.

Staff has already been informed about that and is not be posted public. Sorry.

I was re-making his discord after he previously paid someone to do it. I offered to do it free of charge for him since I personally thought I could've done it better.

I told him I'm pretty laid back and that "we'll see".

We were talking about some personal things, and then he asked "but if you want in" "ill make you admin right now" "and tell hm u want to get paid" which after I replied done make me admin, manager at most from the previous screenshots and then on image 3, we return back to the discord server service.
