Not being able to send with your paypal after sending twice? >>

I am a verified paypal owner, I sold items on ebay for £100 and had £100 on my balance.. I was doing increments for £250 on 50M at a time, I sent £20, then another £20, now its saying I need to add funds to my account to send, when I have £60 in my balance.. Does anyone know how to get round this?
