Account Access

Hello Sythe Staff,

Sythe login service is saying that I've had the same password for too long. That I need to have a new one sent to my email associated with the account. My account is very old, probably from around 2008 or earlier. The email associated with the account is a Verizon account email. When you end their internet service, your email is locked. My parents no longer use Verizon and the account is no longer accessible. If someone can grant me access to it using a new email, I would greatly appreciate it. You can ask me any personal questions to verify my identity.
