"Not a trading section" sticky for "Price checks"section

I don't know how to word the title correctly.
I usually see people post offers and offer contact information, or ask for pms, as if the OP would be selling the account.
Inversely some people post their accounts in this section for the price check and also accept bids and ask for pms.
I am not sure if the former is allowed, but even if it is not, it is stupid to start making this trades on this section, just post your account on the trading section.

OR globalize the sticky to the market lounge too.

 

This is a list of threads in the 1st page that are from people who are selling theri accounts.

So, in this section it would make sense to post;

Accounts you don't yet have or aren't complete
Accounts you don't want to sell

For accounts you might sell if the price is right, use the selling section.
For accounts you want to sell but want to know the price, post in the selling section. post in the price check section too if you want but it is pointless.

As a general rule, posts would be wrongly put if you either put your email or contact information or you are taking offers.

I just want to clarify what should be and what shouldn't be posted in this section. As for posts like the first example, those are in the wrong section right?
