Report Against IDeclarewar

I bought an upgrade off of him on at his sms upgrade shop. It was working fine for 3 weeks then he charged back and the account showed it was overdrawn and now i cant even log back into my account. Here is repost of what i posted on his upgrade thread. Ideclarewar has also scammed several other people who replied at his upgrade shop.
