My former service partner, Talon, has repaid all the victims following the reports.
I have reimbursed Talon half of the total value on 09/07/2021.

During a previous pardon request, I disclosed creating an additional account for a name trade approximately 4 years ago. I cannot recall the username.
Nothing else besides that.


---Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
We were selling Twitch Prime subscriptions which translated to revenue for customers.
At some point Twitch started removing the revenue from customers accounts after a period of time.
We hadn't implemented proper TOS for incidents like that, and having one was our responsibility as a business. At the time I was clueless about importance of TOS.
Due to my lack of judgment aswell as absence of well-defined rules for these scenarios,
I failed to adopt a "customer-first" approach and incorrectly concluded that I wasn't at fault.
After a period of time, in 2021 I have repaid Talon, after having realised my mistake.
I have since been conducting business off-site at a small scale and cultivating a more open-minded and honest approach.
This has taught me a lot about accountability, customer service, and proper business practices.
I am confident that, if given the opportunity to return as a member, I can bring significant value to the Sythe community.
