Inv: Black d'hide body and chaps; 4 Super restore and Sara brews; All that left prayer pots.
Eq: Rune c'bow (Best after update) ~300 Bolts ; Guthans ; Climbing/Ranger/Rune boots ; Ring of recoil ; accumulator.
All can be changed. For more information we'll talk in msn.

That's differently, subject what your levels and equipment and of course how much time I'll spend to take fire cape. But it's ~2 hours per trip.

I'd like to see some fire cape vouches 1st before I consider using you. Just about every 'firecaper' on the forums atm are scamers.
