    Transfering money

Hey all, I'm not sure if this is the right place for this topic, but I'm assuming so since it's personal assistance?

Anyhow, I have a friend in California, I'm in Illinois and I need a legit, safe, and cheap method of transfering money to him through bank accounts or whatever would be the best method.

I'll be transfering thousands of dollars to him over the next 6 months, quite a few times a month, how should I go about this and do it?

-I am using a friends bank account, if I'm transfering to another bank account it will be to a friend of his so will I need any information that is to vital for me to know?

-I don't want to use western union for personal reasons.

    -Mailing money is too risky.

    Any suggestions?

You can just wire the money from bank account to another account. Just go to your bank and ask them for help if you don't want to do that.

Because you're going to be doing this a few times, try to get your friends bank accounts and your own bank account able to use internet banking. You can then send as much cash back and forward as you please. It'll take a few days for the transaction to be processed but it's one of the fastest and safest ways to send money.

Also, it is possible for you to both have PayPal accounts and add the bank accounts to them. This may be a little riskier though as PayPal may get suspicious.

There are many different ways to transfer the money from your ban account to your friends, but I would say the best would be either using a cashiers check or wiring the money from your bank account to his. If you don't want to send a cashiers check through the mail because he is either to far away or you don't think that it's safe, then wiring the money to him would probably be a better solution. With that said you are going to have to pay a fee for wiring the money to his bank account. If you need proper instruction on how to actual wire the money to him then I would suggest just going to your bank, and asking them.

    Hope this helps!
