Locked out by auth

Hey there I'm locked out of this account by authenticator:

I have been trying to contact sythe staff a couple of times before but I did not know of this forum.
Basically my old phone got smashed up and I tried getting the auth on my new one, I got it but the codes don't seem to work and I've been locked out of it for a few months now, I'm focusing on servicing OSRS accounts now again and would like to get my account back, probably the easiest way to confirm the validity of this claim is to check the IP's.
