All of you complain about new wildy, but guess what? Shit's always been like this. It's not changing, get used to it or leave. Also, most of you complain because you suck.

Old wildy, as in the original wildy, was not like today at ALL. It was competitive and ruthless, wildy today is filled with pussies and cheapskates. Way back in old wildy, people would risk everything, there were teams in level 1 wildy, people fighting over different areas in the wildy to try and hold them, and you never knew what to expect.

But that's just the half of it, don't even get me STARTED on the new loot system, it's terrible. Not only does it add pure cash into the economy, it also makes it so that there is no benefit to killing somebody with good gear as opposed to somebody welfaring. I mean why would I willingly fight a guy with DFS and full Bandos when I can get the same loot from some guy in welfare?

Also, sektr... Teams NEVER pked in level 1 wildy. It was clan fights, or drag teams.

What the fuck is the point of 250 ops at 1 wildy?

By teams I meant small groups of like 2-5, not clans, should've made myself more clear.

The new shit isn't changing because, as many have mentioned, Jagex has 'over done it' with their changes, and think this is the only logical way to solve their problems.

People have been saying it won't change again ever since old Bounty Hunter.. odds are, Jagex will listen to people complaining about the loot system etc and try to fix it in another dumbfuck way that only satisfies people for about a week.

People are never going to stop complaining about the PVP issues unless they bring back staking/old loot system, which I know they never will. Maybe once Stellar Dawn has been released for a long time they might since it'll probably wind up like Classic is now with Jagex's "focus" on Stellar Dawn.

 

I'm guessing people will bitch if they bring the old system back. Most fucking 09 pkers don't even know what oldschool pking is and will be confused.

I Can pk, been pking for 5 years.

There are too many Spec pkers and 09 pkers i will agree, but the skill is still there.

Some hybrids are decent nowadays, but it's easy to beat most.

 

Also, on a second note, I want to fight anyone who says they can pk.

And spec pkers = skill not there. 2 d claw specs in max strength gear (or AGS) takes about as much skill as... well, clicking two buttons.

I'm complaining about the lack of real pkers nowadays. Well some still exist, but take a look at edge:

- Claw rushers that always keep melee pray on (but to some extent deserve some praise since they can still kill you )
- kids in veracs that hit everyone and eat at 80+ hp, and always keep their puss pray on. They hit slow and know they aren't gona kill you.
- Pussy farcasters, although I'm less worried about them since it's only taking advantage of the complete combat triangle and that's how it always was supposed to have been.
- Little 12 year olds that mouth you off at every little dissatisfaction.
- Overpowered weapons. You don't even need true game skill anymore. An ags that can spec a 70 in mere 150k cheap ass gear, d claw spec that hits 4 times in a row, a vesta longsword with 100% accuracy (yes, try it yourself) with the +158 strength bonus or something like that faster than a 2 handed sword. Killing people only mere clicks away, you don't even need to pull any insane stunts anymore. The dds is actually obsolete in higher combats now
-capes. People would whine if I didn't wear a team cape. Learn to click then.
- asking before to fight. It's PKing, player-killing. Your sheer goal is to kill them, not to sit down and have a tea party.
- "OMG don't venge or ill pray".. get 94 mage then.

 

Try not pking in +1 for the last thing. Also, DDS is not obsolete. If you don't suck, DDS still fucks shit up.

I've always enjoyed wandering deeper in, but you run into the problem of rich 20+ groups of ahrimers that pile you within a split second. Sure I can get my own clan bla bla but I don't play that much rs to have a little group of fanboys along my side at all times. Well at least they fixed PJing, so walking into single combat zones is still somewhat effective, although I always would get farcasted by some kid in 10m+ gear. The bonuses they would then have over me would be completely unfair unless I brought my 10m+ stuff. I don't really know what happened to rs. In the old days, it was daunting to even risk just a torag plate and legs (which were like what, 600k total?). Now when you go that deep, it seems to be based on how much money you have now so you can be an ahrimer and farcast your target from the way other side of the screen, and flicking on your melee prayer when they're no longer frozen, and repeat.
