- If NoFap itself doesn't make you more motivated/productive there is always the opportunity cost of the time spent fapping

- If NoFap itself doesn't actually help (I am skeptical), most people fap late at night (to my knowledge) which in itself will make you stay up later and tire you out in the morning since you have had less sleep.

Just letting you guys know that your fearless leader has relapsed. I got sick on the weekend really bad and was laid up in bed with the flu. Long story short I was bored as chit and felt terrible so ended up fapping. Giving this a serious go once I'm healthy.
