RadeonX ban evading

Alliance's dispute was denied by FireZ, so he pretty likely made a new account.

He got reported 2 times now, but got unbanned because he'd paid back the victims and because it was an university IP.
The fact that radeon account was made 2 weeks after Alliance'd dispute got denied is pretty suspicious. Firez denied the appeal, since the IP match with 3 accounts is pretty rare to happen.
Then he just registered a 3rd account, and when he got caught he just defended the same, way, saying it's an university IP.
He got to have the ban lifted for the SAME reason as Alliance got banned.
