MY guide to melle training!!-p2p-with video!!!

NOTE-if you see anyone using this guide anywere...report it to me please.-
hello this is my second guide, and I just whipped it up in about 20 minutes.

First off...there are no quest requirements to do this.
I recomend that you have the following stats

50+ attack
50+ strength
50+ defence

rune armor is a must, and a glory ammy helps alot to.

i like to wear this, and this is what your invetory should look like...




you can replace the CMB brace. with any RFD glove, or dhide vamb.
you can replace the whip with a d scim, rune scim, d long, or dds.
you can replace the glory with a strength ammy, or power ammy.
you have to at least wear rune armor...you can stay there longer that way.


i trained here from 40-60 def in 2 days...and i wasnt even trying.

:TIPS:

-when they stop attacking you, go through the barrior and up the steps...then go back down and they'll keep attacking

-for some reason i dont get alot of randoms there...dunno why.

-theres almost no one there at all times...i just happend to be on a full w/.

i used 2 train there and thats a f2p place anyways i wouldnt train there personaly.

That is a good spot, I always used to use it.

 

not to good when ur p2p, i suggest doing that if youre f2p.

and when youre p2p i suggest monkey guards. thats totally free. bacuse its a alter so u can melee pray all the time !!

 

yeah but this spot requires no pray or quests done or anything like that...its just a simple place to afk.

 

The Bandit camp is a good place to train you just have to watch out because of course it's multi - combat.
