Post count reduction for infracted spammers

Well my idea is for people that have been spamming the first offence is a warning, 2nd is a 20 post count reduction, for third offence around 50, and so on. This would help stop people from spamming.

 

What's the point? They'll receive infractions, and if they receive too many, they'll be temped.

EDIT: Also, whenever I see a spam post in my section, I delete it.

 

i agree with this but instead of minus 20 cut their posts in half they are less likely to spam

 

I believe a temporary ban is good enough, there's no reason for their PC to go down.

Because most likely some of their post count is spam, temp bans do almost nothing because after the few days they are banned are up they can come back and just spam more, some of the spam goes unreported, thus they have unfairly a higher post count then they should =D
