So I just lose my account forever? Is there no way whatsoever to get it back?

You're telling me to not make any more disputes, but you're not giving me any options on how to get unbanned. Wouldn't you be concerned if your account had been banned forever for an incorrect reason? :/

 

I'd tell you to go pardon, but you hacked the account. Your story confirms you aren't the owner of the account. The location where the account was created proves that as well. Anymore disputes by you will be deleted from here on out.
