They're No requirements but it would be VERY safe if you were 40+ defence, 60+ strength, 60+ attack. Rune armor is suggested with a dragon weapon/whip.

100 BONES TO PEACHES TABS can last you OVER 1 whole DAY, yes MORE THAN 24HOURS, at 50kexp an hour thats what im averaging at 110 cb with 80 attk 99 str 70 def you can get up to 1.2m plus around 24 hours.

1. NO ONE! will at the spot NO ONE! If there is someone it is probably one of the people i have sold it too. (but considering theres like 20 + member worlds.. u will not encounter any of them)
2. since there is never anyone there to REPORT you the chances decrease alot.
