    Is there currently a spot that i could high alch or something with no randoms?
    Like i know there was pest control and POH's but do those still work?

    Off the top of my head, soulwars is one that comes up. Be careful though because nearly everyone else alching there is a bot too.

    I wouldn't try soul wars. Your best bet would be a quite area in godwars. The ban rate for alching in Soul wars is really high now so try to avoid that.

    I've been superheating in soul wars, but I get a random as soon as I leave it.

    A combat ring in a POH has no randoms still I believe.

    Soulwars, although be careful if you are botting. As people have said above, it can be quite risky.
