Heavenlybr acc recovery

I lost access to my account like this summer. I was buying / selling ikon keys and had vouches for it. I stopped using sythe once I bought a runescape 3 account ( which got recovered) and I want to see if I can buy some csgo skins and possibly begin runescape again ( possibly not as there is a lot of scams). I got contacted one day from trusted seller on Skype and he told me if I sold my sythe account and I asked how is that possible if I literally don't have anything in it and it's a forum account and he explained to me and I told him no that it was just 2 months and I am done with sythe. I am trying to recover my account because I need to use sythe again. I put a thread in unbanned and you guys said you will email me my new password but never did. Second time you said I have to refund anyone who got scammed and no one got scammed. I also got a new laptop. I just need my access once again and you guys take a week to reply.
