If the content is inside the spam forum, it should not be handled at all unless they're someone's nudes, personal information, or bank statements. There's a warning on the forum description about being attacked. Let people use the sand box if they can't handle a little flak here in the SF

Isn't there an underlying or even posted rule that states if a person wants a hate post/thread closed/deleted if it's about them it's fine?

I could be horribly wrong, again I don't venture into SF too often, I'm just trying to handle the reports/learn a little something while I'm here.

The spam forum thread reflects a tolerance level for flame and hate, but it should have been revised and eradicated with the creation of the sandbox, as it was discussed in the suggestion which created the sand box in the first place (hence the spam forum's description)

No, I do believe the "hate" is fine as I'm unaware of any rule that states someone is allowed to request shit being taken down (as long as it's not staff).. so those people can fuck off.

This exists to a degree, you are correct. The part that majority of the SF dislike is the fact that this rule is played fast and loose and only enforced for some individuals.

I agree with Mohtasa. Sythe himself created the sandbox because he was too butthurt and realized he couldn't forcibly change the spam forum. If you can't handle the heat, get out of the kitchen. Only step in if fundamental rules such as the ones moh mentioned are broken. Otherwise there should be no moderation within the spam forum.

I personally do not dislike Trin but lettuce be real tea, she was trolling back and was asking for it. You can't then get butthurt for getting better than you gave.

If she takes no part then she wouldn't be looking at the thread in the first place. If she's STILL offended by just hearing about what is said about her, then she has EXTREME security issues and should probably not be on the internet in the first place.

The spam forum is here for people to say what they want, it shouldn't be ruined by some hypersensitive, self-entitled, admin-squeeze.

I believe if any individual truly isn't provoking any hate and legitimately is not feeding the situation then it could be closed. Trolling can be funny but there's nothing funny about blatant harassment and bullying.

This was the case before the sand box. No one HAS to look at the spam forum, and they shouldn't if they can't handle themselves. It's like banning MMA because a pussybitch cries when getting punched in the face. He didn't HAVE to step into the octagon.

There's also one prevailing truth you may not know about. No one gets flak in the spam forum without asking for it. Simply posting in the spam forum calls for flak, hence the obligatory "op is a faggot". Flying off the handle when you unsuccessfully try to integrate into the spam forum deserves a not so gentle escort from the SF. And that's what people are giving Trin. She picks fights, and like laptop, gets mad when people bite.

 

Plus you see Dave, it's merely provoked extra threads to be made. Your act has effectively made the situation worse as majority of the spam forum lives to rebel. Can't make threads about x person? 10 threads about x person.
