Sticky situation any advice appreciated

Hello any opinions appreciated I do apologise if in wrong section...

Right so I made a pure got it to 91 range 95magic with only 45hp and 0 att xp which took me a very long time..I ordered services from a trusted user here on sythe (used a few times before 0 issues) to get pre reqs and complete DT along with 60 att and 92 str for 426m however their worker gained 33.4k attack xp over 60.. its now 61 att and in my eyes ruined I haven't been able to play on the acc since it hurts my soul to look at..
User apologised offered to turn into different type of pure I refused as i already have a 75att med, user apologised again and offered me a pure they had for sale for cheap original owner and 50att 99str 99rng for 500m.. unable to see a point with my ruined pure I thought why not.. I registered my email on new pure but forgot to change password which I should have done but with busy life 2 little baby's I forgot.. 2 weeks in I recieve an email saying my acc was added to jagex account and thus disabled the password... I do not have a jagex account I asked sythe user for help to which they where unable to recover as their worker was on it more ....... I'm still discussing with sythe user on a fair way forward they have said they are open to ideas and suggested they could do more work at discounted rate however my view on it is that I feel like I have been took for a mug, when I first went to purchases services i had my own potential beast pure and 926m now I'm sat here with in my eyes no pure to play and 926m out of pocket why should I paying more to fix.. I attempted to recover the 'new' pure as my email was registered and recieved a reply saying although I played on this acc with my email registered I was not original owner and jagex wouldn't help.. so... if you have made it this far please comment with your opinions on fair way forward for us both thank you for reading

 

If you can reach a fair agreement without involving forum staff, that’s probably the best way forward. If you cannot figure it out with the member offering the services, and think that you’re being taken advantage of, please post a thread here. The owner of the services being offered is accountable for the actions of their employee. If their employee ruined your account, they should act in good faith to make it right. It sounds like they offered you some options, either by turning it into a different pure or selling you a different pure at a discount. That’s a good start.
