Account recovery/unban

Need help recovering an old inactive sythe account.

Apparently it was hacked, not really sure guess someone tried to login with a leaked database however 2FA is still active.

I still have access to the email of the account & 2FA generator along with a old verification code from two years ago when I first joined the sythe discord.

Just need the account to be unbanned, thanks.

Hey TheSoto, you will need to do a 2FA removal.

Please provide the following:

• Registered email address:
• Previous log in locations/ISP/creation location:
• If your registered email contains your name, please provide proof of this in the form of an ID. You may hide any irrelevant information. This will be hidden from the public.

 

Since the forum doesn't allow me to reply to my own thread, not sure why you guys really use this type of system for handling bans. Seems convoluted to me.

Don't know why I need a 2FA removal when I still have access to the 2FA albeit on a outdated phone.

Also feel free to delete/kill the other thread since I can't reply to it at all so it's just spam at this point.

 

You seem to have a lot of "not sure's" so let me explain to you as it's obvious you haven't read any of the stickies.

ALL information required for recovery MUST be posted in a new thread every reply - Stated in the sticky. This is to hide sensitive information that YOU post prior to being made public.

We need to make sure you are the owner of the account so asking for the registered email address doesn't seem out of place.

The IP you logged in from is not an exact match from the previous, therefore this is also to help ensure the account goes to the owner. As you were hacked, someone else could've put the 2FA on.

The other thread is there for me to merge your replies to. Once again, stated in the section stickies.

Now, please provide a new and unregistered email address for me to add onto the account.
