NMZ quests

hey guys, so i made a 1 pray 1 def gmaul pure a while back when i was ignorant and nmz wasn't a thing, and i got 50 attack manually.

i want to do nmz so i can imbue berserker ring, however i can't do the normal pure quests (tree gnome, mtn daughter, grand tree, fight arena, etc) because they will raise my attack level.

i can do lost city and vampire slayer, (vampire slayer wont raise my attack), but my question is does anyone know of 3 other quests which wont raise any prayer, def, or attack that i can use for nmz? i'm not looking to train at nmz just wanted to go in there with a blowpipe and get some points for imbues, thanks in advanced.

 

mtn daughter will raise my attack and pray :-/ also i'm not worried about xp just want to get enough points for imbue
