WTB an account with 94 magic plus 70+ cb stats from TRUSTED ONLY

Hi, I am looking to buy an account from Trusted sellers only, have been scammed before not taking a risk this time. I want the account to be 94 magic, and combat stats don't matter as long as at least 70+ (the higher the better). I would like to pay via Paypal, I understand I'm new but I can try proving it if you want. If not I can also pay via 07gp. Let me know if you have any accounts for sale

- Also my budget is around 30m-70m.

Thanks.
