Reporting Kamikaze for scamming

Story:
I post a thread on wanting to buy DayZ standalone steam gift for $20. Kamikaze post on my thread and said that He has the code for it and will sell it off to me.
We added each other on skype and I asked for his vouch link, He said that his vouches are all on HIS steam account. He send me a link to a steam profile that wasn't even his and said that it was him. I wanted to confirm that it was his steam profile, But he said that he was at work and can't get online at the moment (I should of just stopped the trade right here). Then it went on with me asking a whole bunch of question about his steam profile because I wanted DayZ really bad and want to make sure that it was his steam profile. later on I sended him a payment on paypal ($20) and he sended me a fake steam game code which was for Hitman and it was already redeemed. I knew he scammed me at this point, so I went on paypal and opened a case about it, because I was not gonna let a scammer just take my money like that. Although he didn't block me on skype, he stopped reponding to me and went offline, Then comes to my thread and says I scammed him.

Edit: He also said that he will be reporting me for scaming

It does indeed look as if he gave you a wrong code but...

I will add your skype tomorrow and I would like you too screenshare the undeleted skype conversation with Kamikaze.

 

Yes for sure. But is it possible to do it now? Im not sure If i have time tomorrow.

 

After seeing the evidence I've gone ahead and banned the user. If he wishes to clarify what happened with provided the wrong code he can do so in the dispute section. Thanks Sorry for your loss.
