    Question about Paypal

I know that there are some paypal guides. But I just want to know exactly about this stuffs about this paypal.

    1) About unverified accounts, you can receive money but you can't send?
    2) How do you know if it's CC (Credit card) funded?
    3) How is it possible to claim twice? (some guy said someone can claim it twice, after claim and cancel, the guy claimed it again).

Thanks. I need to know, because I am still considering using paypal.

    Question about Paypal

    1) You can do both, though you will get limited very very fast.

    2) When you send it will either say something like "Us - Verifed Member" Or Non US - Unverified Member, So on.

    3) There is two types of claims, an Item dispute and a Unauthorized dispute. Claim and cancels consist of the item dispute side of things so they can also do an unauthorized many people do not know this. There is also the famous credit card chargeback so never accept credit card payments.

In my opinion if your thinking about using it, then don't it's a definite waste of time and money. Trust me, i've used it for over 2 years before finally giving up on it.

Hope you got what info you need.

    Question about Paypal

I have another question. In example I had a lot of money in this PP account, then I decided to finally verify it and withdraw some cash. Will I have some troubles verifying it or withdrawing cash?

Also, I still don't get how to know if a PP account is CC funded.

EDIT: Added: What do you suggest I should use then? I want to start earning money, possibly sell RSGP or RS items and stuffs. I want real life cash. To add info, I don't live in USA or UK or Australia. I live in Asia. Not really much privileged country, and I only heard PP. Had no other option to receive cash via internet.

    Question about Paypal

It's terrible. Hopefully they will eventually move the chargeback system

Anyway, use moneybookers or accept cash by mail. Two safest options

    Question about Paypal

Please tell me facts about moneybookers. What to do, what's not to do etc. What to check when receiving money. How to cash in and cash out. What country supports it.

I really need something that I can use to receive money and cash out. Thanks.

    Question about Paypal

I came in big trouble by Paypal. They claimed back 250$, and later another 125$.
My opinion: DO NOT USE PAYPAL!...

They've stolen more than 375$ from me.
I had to pay it back from my own money ...
They stole 2 accounts + 30M+ Cash, both scammers are banned =/
but I dont get my money back that way...

    Question about Paypal

It's very rare that you will come past a legit buyer with paypal, moneybookers is good but the one thing is that members inside the US cannot use it which is a real putback. The good thing is there are no claims but there are account limitations that take place. If your'e account does get limited you just have to fax through a passport or drivers license and let them send a verification letter to you containing a unique code to verify your address.

Most people won't use these sort's of payment method's though as it doesn't offer buyer protection but there's the reason you don't use paypal as there is no seller-protection that goes on. Also about that question after I posted if you get money in there, verify your paypal and withdraw it I would fist verify your paypal, but you will still get fucked over by them with claims and stuff.
