Briefly explain the trade: We agreed upon him completeing a few quests for me, with him have the knowledge he may have to level a few skills if the quest should call for it. He did a few quests the first day, then the second or first not sure which messaged me and asked if i could get 42 theiving as it was one of the requirements, i then logged into my account to check the theiving (it was 39) and around 28 when the questing began. I did not feel like leveling them myself and also grateful that he had already done so much i sent him an inbox/msn message saying that if he finished the theiving i would pay him. He sent me back a message saying something like it's okay, one of the quests will finish it anyways. So too days went by and i had, had a few convos with him asking when he would finish, each time he said soon. today when i started talking to him i was angry that he had still not finished, (he hadn't been on the account in 2 days). the conversation esclated in to him saying that he would NOT be finishing my quests.

He kept claiming that i need to pay him for 28-39 theiving or he would not do quests. I clearly told him if he was actually going to do the quests and finishing the theiving i would pay him for it. He refused. I will not pay him for 39 theiving for two reasons. 1, i told him i would pay him for 42 after he had gotten 39, secondly the fact that i was even paying him for theiving was an act of generousity, as when i found out one of the quests reqs was 42 i felt bad so i thought that i would pay him for doing it. BUT i clearly said there would be some skill reqs he would have to do for the quests, which he agreed upon.

Tl;Dr - He won't do quests, until i pay him for 28-39 theiving, which i never said i would. Sad part is i told him i would pay if he would do it and he refused, then started with that bs after i mentioned scam report.

 

I left him a PM and if he does not reply within 24 hours I will ban him.

He stated that you had changed your password in the middle of the deal and that voids your contact as per his ToS.

 

I changed my password when he stated he would not do the quests anymore and when i said i was going to report him, obviously the deal was off at this point.

Skele, would you mind waiting a little while before banning him (if you do) to see if he will compensate Spam Reporter? I'd rather not have him get banned, and then another member lose out as well.

EDIT: He's being quite ignorant with his replies, so I pretty much put it bluntly - 2 choices: 1) Compensate, or 2) Receive a Permanent Ban

After our conversation on MSN, it is clear he is a scammer and as such has been banned.
