crultey trying to fake vouch

Issue : He was trying to fake vouch so he made a new account posted on his same thread and when I clicked to see the account that posted to buy RSGP of crultey the same Skype name came up weirdly but not so clever after I told him he would be getting banned for trying to fake vouch he tried changing the story's and changed his Skype name.

as of the first image you see he changed his name right after I flamed him for lying where I've circled . In the 2nd picture you see its the same Skype name . 3rd picture of him on the account that he wanted to fake vouch with the same Skype name.
