Briefly explain the trade: I was asking him if he can buy a game for me becazuse I couldn't(my paypal isn't verified) and he said alright when I sent the money to him he deleted from Skype and he's ignoring me.

Unfortunately it looks as though you were speaking to an impostor. Please not the period after the users Skype name.
