Nice neighbours?

from there the camera is it's proabaly a security camera?

Neighbors*, but yeah, it's amazing how nobody came out of their house? Maybe everyone was at work?

In the video description:

Unusually clear video footage captured an explosion in a house in Hualien City, Taiwan at 05:48 (GMT+8) on May 8 2010. The occupant of the house was slightly injured by a subsequent blast. It was early in the morning and people were still asleep at the first blast and the woman did not call for help until the fire became devastating. It is also a bit strange that neither the neighbors nor even the policemen went over to tend to the stunned and injured woman but just watched the fire. It just shows how property is still valued more highly than people in Chinese culture.

'BOOM' silence... I laughed through that whole silence for some reason lol.

Must've been a gas leak to a water heater or something.. But the explosion wasn't really that big, it seemed.. Or just.. It didn't produce a fireball like I presume all explosions would normally xD
