Got "caught"

Well, I was botting in a varrock palace....some random 66 comes up and is like " BOTTER" so i respond...as i am right their that im not botting and crap...then hes like whatever...

I havent botted that much... couple hours everyday....but i just started on the regular runescape client...


Should i be worried?

Its a pretty good account.... 91 woodcutting 99 firemaking...87 cooking...etc.

I mean...he doesnt even know if i was botting...he was just assuming...


I was alching in varrock palace tower.

 

you shouldn't be worried, did you reply right away when he was assuming you as a bot?

Some people say things like "botter" randomly expecting a reply if your not a bot. If you don't reply then they don't assume you as bot anymore, they know you bot.

 

You'll be fine. A report doesn't mean a ban, even if you were botting.

 

I don't think that this is true. If reported, they check your account looking to see wether you did bot and if they see, they banhammer you.

 

What makes you think Jagex can always detect if you're botting or not? They can't.

Farcast has been active on Sythe since 2008. He has literally years of experience in Runescape cheating. And you don't think he's right?

I myself have been reported at least 200 times total on about 50 accounts total. I have received two bans to date: one perm, one temp.

Well It depends on the length you were botting and if you were botting with breaks. If no breaks and botted for a large amount of time, then it isn't that hard to notice and know.

@Ko, I said that I don't think it is true. It's from my perspective and as I said above. It depends on the human-like antiban and activity.

How can you be a bot if you're responding? That casts enough doubt that Jagex won't ban you.

 

Yeah, wouldn't worry at all. Alching has to have one of the lowest ban rates amongst scripts.

You can, I honestly think that you're fine. If you're paranoid you could take a break tonight. Find a better spot though. Varrock palace sounds shitty, alch in your house to prevent unwanted reports.

 

Yeah, if your member, do it in your house or in F2P, do it in the sewage(all the way to the east) in Varrock. No one goes there but if someone does, it will be pretty funny lol. They will automatically know your botting. They are going to ask why your alching in a sewage.

That's what I did to get my magic up on my accounts lolz.

A report is usually not enough for a ban. Unless your bot just misclicks everything and is stuck in one place for ages.
