    How come this never happens at my school....

    ps. She is being arrested not because of the age of the students but because of the relationship that exist between teacher and student. i.e. the same as doctor-patient contract. you can't abuse those powers.

    Had she had sex with random 18yr olds there would be no problem, but because she is in a position of power as the teacher she has gotten in trouble.
