    Completionist or quest cape
    What would you rather? A free completionist cape to wear whenever you want, or a quest cape?

    It wont actually effect your skills or how many quests youve done so you could do 5 quests and wear the quest cape anyway.

    I would choose quest cape cause if I had a completionist cape at level 117 everyone would report me for glitching and I'd most likely get banned...

    your reason for not picking completionist makes this thread pointless

    and wrong forum this should be under runescape general
