New YouTube Channel, Looking for partners & Feedback

So I've started a new YouTube Channel, And would Like to get some sort of feedback on my channel.

I'm also looking for people that can send in clips of things within League of Legends as I'd like to have some sort of community concept in my channel as well. Where I will upload clips either fails or great plays. And I'll commentate over the clips and upload them as a montage to my channel.
