1 of a few poems I have written.

I am submitting some poetry I have typed up and saved in my notebook. Please share thoughts, and other stuff.

Love is an emotion for everyone to share,
With it’s careful thoughts, tendering care.
If you spend your life just searching for one,
The time you die you will have nothing but shun.

To give a new life is a lovely start,
It is your turn, to do your own part.
Lost at first and then you see,
How easy it is when you’re with me.

I held your hand when you started to walk,
Helped you pronounce words for you to talk.
As you age I start to begin to think,
How much longer I can go, before I need a shrink.

My love for you is deeper than the Earth’s crust,
Eternal bond is how I feel with you I trust.
The days I have left are coming to an end,
It is your choice to choose the life you spend.
