New way to RWT

Hi i think i may have come acros a way to RWT even with jagex gay update. In world 140 (the french or w.e it is)theres no one at the bounty hunter minigame (3 people 102 54 and 34 u can get rid of them easy and when they find ders no one at bounty theyll just leave) and obviously the bounty hunter minigame was designed for people to get loot of eachother... so if all the RWTERS just go there every once in a while. Then this may be the new way to RWT. If this doesnt work please do not flame me. I have not tried or even read about the bounty minigame but all i know is that u can get loot from it. Just a sugestion thanks...
