Shortcut to execute a key command

OK so basically im looking for something to press the two keys Ctrl and L at the same time

IDC if its a batch file, a VB file or what but i just need a way to double click on an app or a shortcut that presses those two keys and the same time

Anyone know how i could do this?

    EDIT:
LOL looked for a long time then i type this up and the first link i click on it i find it. if anyone wants the answer you just right click desktop make a new shortcut and put in
    For the location.

    Thanks anyways guys
