New Avatar, rate pls :D (was bored)

EDIT: Took off the brows ..

Hey, well I was bored and decided to try animating, this was done in photoshop and was one of my firsts , rate please.

I could have made the background transparent but then it comes up with these weird white outlines around it, I think it might have something to do with the brush I was using, but I'm not sure.

I'm new with photoshop so don't expect any great pieces from me .

Well it was my first time animating, perhaps you could provide some better feedback? And by 'artistic' what do you mean by that? Emphasize and be more specific please?

meh nice i give you 8/10 also if you get better at it and become a pro you could charge people if they want a custom design from you =]
