    Am I allowed to sell a guide on?
    Its a way to get around 500 - 750 runescape membership codes (SMS or PBP) for $19.95 per month.

    Nope, Pin sales are against the rules so im pretty sure selling a guide to getting pins will be.

    No I do not think you will be able to sell the guide on without reselling rights which is generally a higher price :D. And also as said above pin selling is not allowed.

    Unless it's legal, no. Carefully think about what you're doing before posting a guide sale about it.
