    The Comeback... 200kgs.

    After two months of laziness and inactivity toward my goals, it's time for a comeback.

    Here is a 160kg deficit and 200kg deadlifts @78kgs bodyweight.

    Damn that's very strong for your weight class. You're only wearing a belt and not even straps aren't you?

    Yeah no straps, I prefer using chalk as I get a better grip on the bar, maybe I should invest in some better straps haha.
