New to the community

To Whom It May Concern,


I've recently tried to register on these forums, and it pulled up a message saying that only one account was allotted per IP, and that an account named "Vox Populi" is registered to this IP - I'm not sure what this means? Regardless of how many times I refresh the page or try to register it continues to redirect me to that, I'm not sure what to do to register? I hope to have this issue resolved as I'd like to register and begin using the forums as soon as I can to join the community, I use to use forums when I did clanning on RS back in the day and now that I'm playing OSRS I wanted to join another community and found your forums through a Google search.
