New to forums [REQUEST] Avatar & SiG [Paypal]

HEy L0L here new to forums friend said it would be a good idea to get an avatar and sig if im going to start using forums more So looking for some custom quality gfx

For the Avatar [might take some skill] Want L0L in white with a black background and all the party hats to rotate in the place of the "o" in lol​

For the forum sig just want PaNic Lol in some nice lettering no pixel art please dont really have anything in mind as to what i want so please feel free to get creative thanks msn is [email protected] for any questions
